We needed a room close to Rindge NH where our son was dropped off at camp. Peterborough nlooked like a good destination and cute town to explore. Thus we found the Riverhouse!nnThe room was spacious, clean and looked newly renovated! The bed was the best too! Great place and reasonable prices! We loved it there and will go back.nn
We stayed in one of the guesthouses and absolutely loved it. Very clean and had everything we needed for a fabulous 2 night stay. Dog friendly, too! Members of the team walked the dog while we were out, and they were very attentive and flexible. Highly recommend and we’d love to return!
Good hotel with everything you need. Close to the city center and right next to the beautiful river.
My wife and I were stranded in greenfield and I called at 1am and Megan was extremely helpful in getting us a room. 5/5 stars this place is great

Our room was spacious and had everything we needed - refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee and comfortable bed and pillows. The grab and go breakfast was basic but enough to get you going. Clean and well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
VERY helpful staff, always offering to be of assistance! I stayed for a week, in several different rooms, they were high quality; once there was a noisy heater, and one room needed mattresses rotated, but staff immediately took care of it. Bathrooms very new/modern. Would suggest adding railings on front stairs. They offered free refreshments, papers, and snacks/breakfasts/fruit at the office, along with the ice machine. The fridges in the rooms were VERY good, large, with real, separate freezers, so I could make my own ice cubes, too. TVs are huge, maybe a note reminding people to sign out of their Amazon accounts would be good :) But it was handy to be able to sign into mine. Very closeby to restaurants which deliver, there's a laundry service which delivers (I went there in person, it's close enough, I live in the area). Rooms on the right side of building have the river-view, very quiet. Staff always offering to help, when I had an upstairs room for one of the nights, they were offering to take my suitcase up the stairs. Housekeeping was very good, just required a request for it ahead of time. VERY helpful experience when I needed it!
My husband & I stayed 3 nights with family who occupied 2 other rooms over a long weekend. They booked directly; I booked thru Expedia for a discount (which hotel did not match at time I inquired). The staff are nice & personable. The rooms are spacious & clean. The fridge/coffee maker helpful. The grab/go breakfast counter that seems to be available beyond breakfast hours was nice for coffee/snacks. I really appreciated the almond milk. The shower is great (hot water, nice pressure) & the towels freshly scented with just enough provided & not excessive/wasteful. We gladly used the same ones during our stay. Plenty of parking, the main town nearby for walking. We would recommend,

This was one of the nicest and quietest hotels that I have stayed in! Very impressed with the staff and service and will definitely be returning!!! The bed was super comfy and so many pillows!! Loved the big tv and Hulu in the room as well!
This was the perfect place to stay before going skiing. It is close proximity to Crotched. We decided to come last minute and booked the day of. It was very clean and comfortable! Definitely would come back.
A great place to stay, any season of the year! Meagan is always very helpful and pleasant. We love the location of the River house and have been staying there for a few years now. We can hike, ski and snow shoe in the area, shop at the beautiful shops in town and dine at the unique restaurants in the area!
