Enjoy the modern comforts in a recently renovated 1800’s farmhouse less than .5 miles from downtown Peterborough! A perfect space for couples, small families, or friends traveling, stay in and relax in one of the many cozy spaces of this unit or spend the day out in and around the area knowing you have a comfortable and inviting space to return to afterwards. This rental features an open floor plan second floor with a king bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and washer/dryer. Downstairs has a cozy living room space with plenty of natural light, a 1st floor bedroom with a desk and daybed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a half bath off to the side.

Sit out in the private patio space outside with two rocking chairs on warmer days.

Pets are allowed, with an extra $50 cleaning fee.

Check-out time is by 11am

Before you head out, we kindly request that you remove sheets from beds and gather all dirty towels into the bathroom upstairs. Any bagged trash can be left in the kitchen for us to retrieve when we clean.
