Enjoy the modern comforts in a recently renovated 1800s farmhouse less than .5 miles from downtown Peterborough! A perfect space for small families or intimate gatherings, stay in and relax in one of the many cozy spaces of this unit or spend the day out in and around the area knowing you’ve got a comfortable and inviting space to return to afterwards. This rental features two bedrooms on the second floor with a king bed and two twin beds, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower and washer/dryer. The ground floor has a spacious living room, dedicated dining room, expansive fully equipped kitchen, and a back den with a pull out sofa and desk area.

Utilize the sliding glass doors in the den to step out into the small private space and sit in the rocking chairs on warmer days.

Sit out in the private patio space outside with two rocking chairs on warmer days.

Pets are allowed, with an extra $50 cleaning fee.

Check-out time is by 11am

Before you head out, we kindly request that you remove sheets from beds and gather all dirty towels into the bathroom upstairs. Any bagged trash can be left in the kitchen for us to retrieve when we clean.
