Last year we wrote a blog post about where you could locally shop to fill your table for Thanksgiving. This year things are a bit different than last, and some of us may not have a huge crowd to feed like before. That doesn’t mean that your meal is a bust! Why not let someone else do the cooking for you? Below is a list we compiled of places that will make your Thanksgiving dinner and desserts so you don’t have to.
Aesop’s Tables has been a staple for us locals these past months. During the summer they offered grill kits of pre-marinated meats and sides, but for Thanksgiving they’re packing up individual meals. This is a perfect option for those who don’t want to cook a whole meal just for one or two people. Grab a slice of pie or icebox cake for dessert too!
If preparation isn’t your thing, then give Waterhouse Restaurant a call and order their Thanksgiving Dinner take and bake meal. From stuffed turkey breast and all the sides, you don’t have to worry about any of the actual cooking. Just bake and serve!
Nature’s Green Grocer, who we have mentioned last year, is still doing their Thanksgiving Day menu! Check out their menu online before you call to order and pick out the perfect spread for your dinner on Thanksgiving. If you or anyone in your family isn’t a meat eater, they have perfect plant-based options. Plus, you can enjoy leftovers for days afterwards like I do!
Baker’s Station has added a couple things to their Thanksgiving ordering. Pies, cakes and rolls are all still available, but for something sweet and fun, we suggest considering the cookie decorating platter that’s perfectly festive for Thanksgiving and provides fun for everyone!
The Jack Daniels Inn being right in town means that we’re grateful to be close to all of these places. Our hotel offers a perfect and welcoming home away from home even during the holidays. Check availability on our site to see if we can welcome you soon!
