You often hear of the resiliency of people from New Hampshire. While many routines have been knocked off kilter as of late, people, businesses and organizations are still finding ways to make it all work out. If you’re stuck at home or trying to adapt to social distancing, then we hope that our list below helps bring back a bit of normalcy in your daily life.

Just because you can’t go to the gym doesn’t mean you’re missing out! Performance Health and Fitness has taken their classes online. Follow along on their Facebook and their website to help stay in shape.

Looking to do yoga or meditation? Bodyworks and Healing Yoga have switched to virtual yoga classes via their websites and Facebook for those who want to work on their bodies and minds. Be sure to follow and support them while enjoying their media.

Want to support local businesses from the comfort of your home? Many of your favorite shops are still open for business on their website or by phone. Want to treat a friend or surprise yourself later while doing something good? Consider buying a gift card as well. Many places are doing donations to local food banks and charities with gift card sales.

Thanks to live streams, you can still attend Sunday sermons and take advantage of all the resources available to you by your church.

While you may not be able to go to church physically, you can still enjoy sermons in your own home. Nearly all of the many churches and places of worship in Peterborough have moved their Sunday sermons and worship times to be watched online.
